Introduction / Notice
This website provides a collection of questions for lifestyle health surveys that may be suitable for a wide range of users. The areas of alcohol, smoking, food and diet, physical activity and general health and wellbeing are covered, and questions are taken from a wide range of relevant sources. These include the General Lifestyle survey, the Health Survey for England, the Scottish Health Survey, the Welsh Health Survey and the Northern Ireland Health and Social Wellbeing Survey.
Please note: this is a temporary website. The content will shortly become part of a larger site covering all aspects of health lifestyle surveys, produced through the Association of Public Health Observatories, and will be linked from here.
